To send a notification to the email address of the employee, about a work item in there SAP Inbox.

If you are saying that all three addresses are required for RSWUWFML2 it is not correct, at least not on version 4.6C (sup.pack ca. 50). In 0105 0010 my private e-mail address is stored, and RSWUWFML2 sends it to the correct address anyway. If I recall correct RSWUWFML2 only needs the user address.

Automatic forwarding is probably needed when i.e. simple deadline notifications are sent, and when someone manually sends a message to a person or user.

	I had the same problem.

There are 3 settings for an individual user, who should receive an e-mail:

	1.	Infotype 0105 subtype 0010 must have a valid e-mail address
	2.	Office settings must have a valid e-mail address (sap business workplace -> settings -> office settings -> tab automatic forwarding -> create -> enter the user id and end date 12/31/9999 - hit internet address - enter in the new little window the internet e-mail address - click the green check mark - hit the green check mark for the next window - and I think the next one.
	3.	Personal profile settings (system user profile -> own data or su01) needs a valid e-mail address.

I assume they must be all the same and watch out for the sequence of adding these e-mails. Step 2 and 3 are somehow competing with each other, if you turn them around, they react wrong.

It took me quite some time to do that but it works now .

	Best Reg. Klaus

Subject: To send a notification to the email address of the employee, about a work item in there SAP Inbox.

There is a requirement from the client, that the employee/ approver has to get a notification in his external mail system, whenever there is a work item in their SAP Inbox.

My assumption is that the email address can be retrieved from the 105 info type, if maintained there in the subtype 0010.

So, I have made the necessary settings for the personal number in the HR module, by assigning the system user name and Email id in the communication info type (105) in the relevant subtypes 0001 & 0010.

Also, I have checked the organization assignment for workflow, which is correctly maintained.

In the workflow template, under a given standard task in the "Notification" tab under the message recipient value, I am referring the

&_WORKITEM.OBJECTTYPE.RESPONSIBLEUSER.EMPLOYEE.INTERNETADDRESS& to get the email address, which we are maintained in the 105 info type.

Although, the above settings are made, the mail is not delivered in the internet address/email address. So, Please let me know, what is that I am missing in the above steps or the email address can be referred from some other object by creating a virtual attribute etc.

	Thanks in advance,

	Bala
