[OWW-SC] OWW User Feedback

Here's an alternative that uses a technique Jason brought to my attention:

I need to get the correct mailing list name and it's done. We can clean it
up later but it will work as soon as I get the mailing list set up.

As for where it is needs to be displayed, please let me know exactly where
you want me to put it.
