[OWW-SC] letter of support

Hi SC,

Attached is our letter of support for Cameron Neylon's proposal.
Thanks to those who offered to sign, but I just ended up putting "The
OWW SC" as the signature since Cameron needs this by later today.  Let
me know if there are any problems with the letter.
