[OWW-SC] EditTools helper enabled (Greek characters, etc).

I changed the tabs to use 'talk' rather than discussion.

I never liked it either. But the standard from Wikipedia has been to
call 'talk' 'discussion'. If we're not concerned with that, there's no
harm making things more consistent.

These references can be changed back if there's a problem.

References to 'discussion' within page text still may need to manually
changed. But the tabs  now say 'talk'.

Let me know what ou all think of this.
