[OWW-SC] next SC meeting April 4 at Noon EST

Hi SC,

Thanks everyone for posting your scheduling availability -- It looks
like the best time for SC meetings is the first wednesday of the month
at Noon EST.  So our next meeting will be next wednesday, April 4.

SC chairs remember to post summaries here at least 2 days before the meeting:
