[OWW-SC] phytoplasmologists web page

Dear Assunta,

It is trivial to link an OWW page to another web site.  I believe I can 
speak for the Openwetware community to tell you that we would be very 
pleased to host the web presence of the phytoplasma research community. 
  As far as the mechanics, all you have to do is to sign up for a user 
account and start editing a page.  We're trying to keep the overhead, 
both for you and us, as low as possible.  Link here and get started!
