[OWW-SC] multiple image upload

    I happened to notice that the mediawiki repository had an
    extension called MultiUpload. We had long ago talked about
    multiple image upload. This might not be exactly what we'd want
    but it seems to be a harmless extension so I've installed it for
    testing. Take a look here:

    There's a limit of 5 files at a time.
