[mitreid-connect] Resource Owner password grant type

I added
<oauth:password /> to<oauth:authorization-server /> but getting the
following exception.

is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber:
50; columnNumber: 21; cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found
starting with element 'oauth:password'. One of '{"
http://www.springframework.org/schema/security/oauth2":custom-grant}' is
expected.
