[mitreid-connect] Fixed SQL script for schema creation (MySQL)

I came across some minor (but important!) discrepancies between the scripts to create the DB tables for HSQLDB and MySQL. Synchronized the latter with the former contents.

Note that the auxiliary ones for user, scopes, and clients are also broken for MySQL. Since this option is not in-memory, I guess just inserting the data directly once will do.
