<div>I came across some minor (but important!) discrepancies between the scripts to create the DB tables for HSQLDB and MySQL. Synchronized the latter with the former contents.</div>

<div>Note that the auxiliary ones for user, scopes, and clients are also broken for MySQL. Since this option is not in-memory, I guess just inserting the data directly once will do.</div>
