[mitreid-connect] Unable to build OpenID-Connect-Java-Spring-Server Version 1.1

I thought this might be network issue, when I switched to another network, then dependencies are getting downloaded but those are not binary files(html page). While building getting following error:

Looks like repo location has been changed. Requesting your help to resolve this issue.
