[mitreid-connect] Unable to build OpenID-Connect-Java-Spring-Server Version 1.1

I am trying to build OpenID-Connect-Java-Spring-Server<https://github.com/mitreid-connect/OpenID-Connect-Java-Spring-Server>(1.1). While building this, specified dependencies are not getting downloaded. I am getting following error while building it:

Looks like repo location has been changed. Requesting your help to resolve this issue.
