The MIT chapter of Amnesty International will host a talk by Dr. Lobsang 
Sangay.

Sangay is a Senior Fellow at the East Asian Legal Studies Program at 
Harvard Law School. In 2004, he became the first Tibetan (of six 
million) to earn a doctoral degree from Harvard Law School. For the past 
eleven years, Dr. Sangay has organized five conferences between Chinese 
and Tibetan scholars at Harvard, including a rare meeting between the 
Dalai Lama and thirty-five mainland Chinese scholars.
