[Mitai-announce] Darfur Genocide MIT Action - URGENT!

Hi all,

After yesterdays amazing 'Sand and Sorrow' screening, we all decided 
that today would be MIT's day of action for Darfur. Here's the plan:

1) To stop by the President's office today (3-208) to voice our concerns 
about the genocide in Darfur and MIT's lack of action to address it. If 
even just 20 of us stop by today, it will pressure the Institute to 
actually do something... trust me on this.

2) If you can't stop by, then please call (617) 253-0148. Do not write 
emails, i got word that they don't even read them!

3) I am have posted three letters at the following URLS that are

send via interdepartmental mail to the addresses mentioned above (if u 
need envelopes just email me). Also, print a bunch out for your 
roomates/friends/parents/professors too! or just forward this email to them.


IMPORTANT DARFUR PROTEST THIS SUNDAY AT 1pm IN BOSTON COMMON! About 10 
of us are meeting at the Park t-stop at 12:45pm on the green-line to 
attend, please come join us! The Tech will be sending a photographer too!
