[miso-users] Question about using sashimi_plot

Good afternoon,

If I have run a differential splicing analysis with other tools such as
LeafCutter whose output gives a table of differential splicing events and
enough information to create a GFF file, could I potentially use
sashimi_plot to make sashimi plots with these data? Or would it not be
possible because the differential splicing analysis was not performed using
MISO? Thanks.
