[miso-users] Mapping which Ensembl version?

Hi Axel,

The mapping is based on a UCSC downloaded table of Ensembl genes for hg19 ("ensGene.txt"), from which the transcription start/end coordinates were derived as well as the Ensembl gene IDs (via kgXref.)  So it is whatever Ensembl released was used in hg19 tables.
