Hi In the MISO docs I downloaded the HG19 events to genes mapping for mapping to Ensembl genes with the following link: genes.mit.edu/burgelab/miso/annotations/hg19_events_to_genes.zip Unfortunately I was not able to identify the Ensembl version used for the mapping. Is it possible to provide the build number? Thanks and best, Axel
