[miso-users] miso version choose

Dear Yarden,  
 
 
 When using MISO to analysis our RNA-Seq data, we found that the oldest version of MISO (wchich was downloaded on 2011-10-26(yarden-MISO-b01739b)) was much more accurate(less false-positive results) while much slower than the current one (2011-12-19 and 2012-03-12(misopy-0.4.1)). So I wonder why? Besides, I would like to know which version was more suitable for me to use if I want a miso version with less false-positive results and much faster running speed?
