Hi Shannon,

There's no mapping for hg19 at the moment, unfortunately.  It's easy to create one by aligning the events to your favorite annotation (we tend to use Ensembl, but other people prefer other annotations.)  We might do this in the future and post it but as of no there's no such mapping.
