[miso-users] sashimiplot question

Dear yarden:

         When I use 0.4.4 sashimiplot to draw the picture, there have a
large margin between the RNA-Seq read densities and the gtf . The picture
seems to be divided to two parts, it looks not so beautiful. Can you reduce
the distance between the RNA-Seq read densities and the gtf?
