[miso-users] GFF_question

Dear Yarden:

         When I use the GFF of human download from the miso website, and do
index of different type of events. And I run miso use these index, the
question is the the AFE and ALE type of events is very slow, about 3 minutes
per event. While other types are very fast only need seconds. Is there
anything wrong with the ALE and AFE GFF? When I use the gff I do myself of
different organism the situation doesn't exist. Hope you can check the
question. And I use the 0.4.4 version.
