[miso-users] core files

[mali salmon]

Hi
I successfully run MISO on bam files created with Tophat using default
parameters.
Then I run Tophat again with different parameters (--no-novel-juncs
--segment-length 18 --segment-mismatches 0 -g 1) but when trying MISO
(run_events_analysis.py --compute-genes-psi) it generated "core" files
(without terminating, I had to kill the jobs).
Any ideas what could cause the problem?
