How to compile krb5-1.13.2 in windows 32 bit

Please try building from the sources tagged kfw-4.1-beta1 in our GitHub
repository.  There have been many KfW fixes committed to the 1.13 branch
since krb5-1.13.2 was released.  I believe the problem you're reporting
is among those fixed.
