How to compile krb5-1.13.2 in windows 32 bit

Hi,

I am trying to compile the sources available in below tar in my Windows 7 laptop (32-bit).

http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/dist/krb5/1.13/krb5-1.13.2-signed.tar

My environment is the following:
Windows 7 Professional , Service Pack 1
Processor - Intel(r) Core(tm) i5 CPU M 560 @ 2.67 GHz   2.66 GHz
RAM - 4GB (2.99 GB Usable )
System type: 32-bit operating system

Various thing I have tried:
1:
I have "Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0" installed.
I have the linux commands in my path.
I opened a command prompt and executed the steps as listed in the README.
It was doing lots of operations and at last compilation failed with the following error:
