When: Monday, September 29th 4:30-6pm
Where: Bush Room (10-105)

This fall the MIT Women's League will once again host its annual reception to welcome new women in the MIT community. Our wish is to extend our invitation to all women in faculty, administrative, academic, research, and support staff positions who have come to MIT since October 2013, as well as to the wives or significant others of new faculty, administrative, academic, research, and support staff members who have come to MIT since that time.

On this occasion, these newcomers are introduced to helpful MIT offices and services as well as to the Women's League, to ease their transitions into our community, helping to make them smooth and informative. As administrative officers you have the most current information about new arrivals in your workplace. Your assistance in identifying these newly arrived women in the past has contributed enormously to the success of this outreach.

Please forward the names and addresses (home addresses if possible) and MIT affiliation (spouse, employee, etc.) of the women new to your department to the League office via email to esdeb at mit.edu<mailto:esdeb at mit.edu> or via fax to 253-5433. Also, please tell us if there are no new women in your area this year, as that information is helpful too.

To keep to our schedule, we will need to receive your list of new women by September 2nd. Please contact Sis de Bordenave in the League office at 253-3656 if you have any questions.
