Dear Student Group Leaders,


Please read the following announcements carefully:

  *   CPW Midway Booth Assignments

  *   Spring GBM Make-Up Quiz

CPW Midway Booth Assignments

The CPW Midway will be on Saturday, April 13th from 1:00-3:00pm, at the Johnson Ice Rink. Groups should be prepared to check-in between 12:00pm and 12:30pm the day of. Further information about logistics and check-in will be released on Friday.


Initial booth assignments can be viewed at <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19lFB76aVPt6MpRub2-pPUFIuZIrZqF5y2bQLKfFyTUs/edit?usp=sharing>, as well as information on how to proceed if there are issues. Performing groups have been contacted about the performance schedule, and this will be made publicly available once finalized.


As there are some tables still available, late Midway table requests can be submitted at the form <https://cglink.me/2cy/s557> until Thursday, April 11th at noon. Submissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and assignment is subject to availability.

If you did not attend the Spring GBM on April 1st, you are required to fill out the GBM Make-Up Quiz <https://cglink.me/2cy/s593>. Use the GBM slides and minutes for reference. You will need to pass the quiz to receive credit. If you have any feedback from the GBM that you would like ASA to see, please fill out the feedback form or email us.
