The Bernard M. Gordon - MIT Engineering Leadership Program (Gordon ELP or 'GEL') is an undergraduate program in the School of Engineering designed to educate and develop the character of outstanding MIT students as potential future leaders in the world of engineering practice and development, and to endeavor to transform engineering leadership in the nation, thereby significantly increasing its product development capability. Highly selective, GEL responds to a national need to develop engineering students into leaders of engineering invention, innovation and implementation (EIII). This listserv is intended to facilitate and streamline communications exclusively to and between GEL students graduating in the class of 2009.
