is there any way to add a list of people to an invitation/buddy list?  
Ideally there'd be a way for my users to mass-add a group.

I'm working on a perl-based jabber client, and I've noticed that
conference.mit.edu is not following JEP-045, section 7.1.16. It is
ignoring my requests to not send my client any groupchat history. I've
confirmed that the request is acknowledged by conference.jabber.org. I
am following Example 36 in that document.

Can this be dealt with?
