[WinPartners] TechNet subscriptions at MIT

When I began working in the Alumni Association, I noticed we had a TechNet Professional subscription and I transferred that subscription under my name. I still have over a year left on this subscription, but I'm trying to get together more information about renewal. Does MIT have a preferred means for acquiring TechNet subscriptions for IT Staff? I can't do the renewal directly through Microsoft because it's marked as a Volume License subscription, and unfortunately, I don't know where the volume license subscription was obtained from originally. Could it be part of the Microsoft Campus Agreement?
