[WinPartners] IS&T Recommends Users Wait to Install VMware Workstation 9 for Windows

Good afternoon,

Earlier today, VMware released Workstation 9 for Windows.  The new features of Workstation 9 can be viewed on VMware's website: http://www.vmware.com/products/workstation/new.html.
IS&T recommends that Windows users wait to upgrade and continue to use their current version of VMware Workstation until IS&T completes its testing and review of VMware Workstation 9.  Once IS&T announces support for VMware Workstation 9, it will be made available to the MIT community free of charge via the software grid<http://ist.mit.edu/software-hardware>.
