[WinPartners] IS&T Recommends That Windows Users Upgrade to IXOS/OpenText Viewer 9.5 and SAPgui 7.20

Good Afternoon,

On Thursday evening, November 3, IS&T will upgrade MIT’s production IXOS server environment. After this upgrade, users will need IXOS/OpenText Viewer 9.5 to access OpenText archived documents in SAP. IS&T has recommended and distributed this version of the viewer for the last 18 months.

In addition, IS&T recommends that SAP users upgrade to SAPgui 7.20 at this time.
