[WinPartners] FW: Windows local printer question

Hi All,

I posed a question to Alex Kozlov concerning local printer configuration
and he suggested that I might try the group for a response:

Would anyone happen to know if there is a way to make a copy of a local
printer on a Windows platform that provides different functionality, such as
duplex printing as opposed to simplex printing? I am able to make a copy of
my locally configured printer, using the same port and network printer name,
but just calling it something different. It, however, does not provide the
changed functionality and only still prints simplex. Just curious if any may
have run into this before what the solution was.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Rich,

I did not run into this before. Maybe winpartners group can help with it?

Alex
