[WinPartners] Do not launch the executable in the email: X Official Update 2008!

I have received several (3 or 4) of the same email this morning.  The  
email alleges it's from Microsoft XP and MSN.  If you open it and  
click on the blue link at the top of the email "Free Update Windows  
XP.Vista", it automatically downloads an .exe file.  Please do not  
launch this executable.  I have not been able to find anything on the  
web referencing this email.  Please make sure your VirusScan or other  
Anti Virus dat files are up-to-date.
