[WinPartners] Post XP SP2 security updates

Does anyone know where I can get all of the post xp sp2 security updates 
in a form that I can download and put on a CD or USB stick so that I can 
  install them on newly wiped machines without connecting to the 
internet?  I googled this several months ago and and found a nice 
package that did all of the updates through Aug 05.  I used it a few 
times, and it was great, but for some reason the package doesn't work 
any more and I can't find a new one.  I slip-streamed SP2 into an XP CD, 
but I don't want to slipstream a new CD every month, I just want to 
install the security patches without being vulnerable on line for 40 
minutes while all of the patches download.  Seems to me MS should have 
this predominately on their site.  Thanks.
