Greetings all (andCongrats to SOX):
It was suggested by the Help Desk that I send the following question to
winpartners.

The situation: I have a Maxtor 5000V 180-gb external storage device, an
Inspiron
8500 laptop running XP home edition with SP 2.  I'm using Dantz's Retrospect
Express v. 5.60.132.0.

Once I was aboe to do a complete mirror of my hard drive onto the Maxtor,
followed by creation of an "emergency restore" CD, which would, in the event of
a disaster, allow restoration of all programs and registry information, as well
as data.

I now cannot repeat this operation; don't know how.

Any suggestions?  Many thanks for any assistance you can give.
