Hello,

In my previous email, I mentioned that the mcshield.exe problem when installing M$ Office 2003 would go away after a few minutes, but I seem to be wrong. It goes away if you don't do anything in the setup wizard screen for a bit. However, when you go back to it, the computer's CPU skyrockets and I'm unable to do much. Just thought I'd update you. I guess there's still a possibility that I'll just get over it and turn off On-Access Scan so I can install this. But I'm sure you'd agree that this is not the ideal solution, as I'm sure many people at MIT will be installing under the same scenario. I'll wait to hear from you.
