[WinPartners] More Outlook Express Problems

Another problem which has been bugging me for some time now...

I'm using outlookExpress 6 (but this ocured in version 5 too on both win-2000 and XP).  I'm using IMap.

Many times, when sending a message, the message will end up staying in my outbox, and not copied to my sendItems folder, which is on the server.  Related to this is the fact that many times, the connection to the server will somehow fail and messages won't be sent. SOmetimes, I'll get a prompt to re-login, sometimes not.  I see error number 0x800420ce in the errors list.  Sorry am being so vague here...   

Another problem is that whenever I start outlookExpress, i have to login twice - two distinct login dialogs show up and I need to submit both in order to start my session.

I'm using IMap via po12.
