[WinPartners] debugging xp & eudora issues

Hi,

I've been getting increasing reports of Eudora (5.2.1) crashing on 
XP, usually from persons using a newly set up/migrated machine.  I 
have done 0 research & troubleshooting (yet) on the issue and thought 
before I get started, I'd check in w/winpartners to see if there's 
any "obvious" things to look into wrt Eudora and XP crashyness.

The users report it crashing while composing, crashing while checking 
email, and crashing while talking on the phone. :)
