[WinPartners] new security update

I'm very curious...  my laptop at home is connected to Comcast.  I watch 
VERY closely all security patches.  My laptop is not in the mit.edu domain, 
but I decided to copy just for information purposes.

I got home today, and my Windows update is telling me of a critical patch 
that needs to be installed... specifically:

	Security update Februrary 13, 2002 (MSXML 4.0)... blah, blah 
blah....discussed in MS security bulletin MS02-008 blah blah blah

How can I need an MS02 update when just yesterday I did a manual update and 
the website said there are no critical updates at this time?   This seems 
very odd to me.
