[WinPartners] Certificates dialogues and IE 6

There are 3 dialogue boxes that you get on a PC due to certificates. I am 
able to get rid of 2 of the dialogues, but not the final one.  I would 
assume that there is a setting related to this that is wrong and causing it 
to come up.  Does anyone know what I am missing that could be set to have 
this dialogue box never show up.  If you have any idea, please let me 
know.  I believe I tried what was on the IS web site, but I do not seem to 
be able to figure it out.  I also tried the help desk, and they were not 
able to tell me how to get rid of it at the time I tried.
