[WinPartners] Permissions in XP

Hi Barbara,

On my WinXPpro notebook I have permissions granted to the User Group for 
the machine.  That is to say, Hostname\Users.  You may need to type this 
object in (rather than choose it from a list) during the 'Add' operation.
