The University of Vermont Departments of Theatre, Music and Dance are seeking a theatre technician with specialties in lighting and sound.
This is a summary of the position being offered:
Advertising/Posting Title Sound/ Light Technician

Posting Summary
Provide technical support and oversight, coordination, and supervision in the technical and design areas of the Departments of Music & Dance and Theatre. Supervise and train students and work study technicians in the safe use of lighting and sound equipment in theater and labs.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one to three years’ related experience required.
Desirable Qualifications
Ability to work well with students and faculty in performance oriented setting.
