[Usittne] Bagpipes, xylophone & wind machine

Hi 

We are doing 39 STEPS at Boston College in mid October with live sound effects.  
We'd like to borrow or rent a set of bagpipes, a small xylophone & a wind machine.  
Does anyone have anything available or any ideas where we might look.
