Ten sessions cover basic, intermediate, and advanced applications of Photoshop for use in costume and fashion rendering; including how to adjust line drawings, how to choose painting modalities, how to use multiple layers, how to manipulate images to create fabric folds, and how to integrate textures and finishes into design elements. The course will feature helpful video tutorials, useful resource lists, and questionnaires so the students can learn at their own pace. Participants will produce multiple samples through out the course and provide finished sketches to feature in the class final slide show. Both mouse and tablet users are welcome.
