I have attached a PDF of our policy here at the New College Theatre at Harvard. This was written with input from the Cambridge Police Dept.  and the Harvard University Police Dept. and much like Mr. Donovan, parts have been stolen from other entities and colleagues.

We have been asked on several occasions to provide a starter pistol and ammo for a visiting production and I have chosen to avoid the liability.
