[Usittne] inquiry, requirements for groups renting your space

A question came up at a meeting this morning regarding groups renting our theater or rehearsal rooms and I thought I would ask the group.

Do you require a group to have their own Entertainment License for the duration of the rental or would they be covered by the Entertainment License that your theater has.
Especially interested in hearing from other Higher Education folks that rent their theater.
