If you have the ability in-house to decorate the cart, check with folks
around to see if you can find a lawn cart that you might tow behind a lawn
mower. Maybe grounds keeping folks at the school has one you can borrow? It
would be a decent footprint for you to work from and already has the wheels
and a hitch if you wanted to tow it or pull it.
