[Usittne] report on changes in USITT admin

Hi all,
As you requested at the meeting in KC, I asked about the changes that were happening in the USITT Administration.  All this information will be clearer in the near future and will be published in Sightlines as soon as it happens. 

1.  They will change from operation to governance mode
2. Executive director is in the process of being hired.  This means no executive committee anymore.
3. The board structure is being discussed.
4.  Bylaws will be changing and will be posted on the website soon. 
5.  Directors at large will be given more responsiblity so it increases the connection to the membership more.
6. Some minor changes happened so USITT would be in compliance with NY law since our national office is located there.
7.  There will be a new audit committee formed. 
8. We will have a logo change and that will be sent out to all in charge of communication and websites.

That is the abbreviated update. Again, all information will be written in Sightlines soon and the bylaws posted on the web.
