[Usittne] water horror stories?

I am curious if any of the New England theaters have had water issues due to the rains of March as we did.

Our temporary performance space (while our main theater is being renovated) is below Sea level in South Boston.  Due to the rains we had flooding the first time around during the March 13th storm that destroyed stored hard and soft goods and delayed rehearsals for an opera.

The second time around (March 29-30) caused us to cancel two dress rehearsals and the opening night performance.  The final 3 shows happened this past Friday and Saturday only due to our daily efforts of pumping out water and drying performance and audience areas enough for a show (water continued to seep in through the foundation right until this morning).  Our fear is that any more substantial rain will only bring back the floods since the area is still saturated.

Any other groups with similar or worse situations?
