Dear John Devlin,

On behalf of myself and everyone with USITT, we would like to send our sincerest sympathies that your son, Patrick, has passed on. I did not have the opportunity to get to know him personally, but knowing you as his father, he must have been an amazing person.  It is a small comfort to know his suffering has ended and he is at peace now. 

Please know that our hearts and prayers go you to you and your family in this very difficult time.
